Order Processing

We strive to process and ship all orders within one business day. However, during peak seasons or for certain plant varieties that require special handling, there may be a slight delay. We will notify you via email if there is any expected delay in shipping your order.

Shipping Times

  • Local Delivery: If your order is for delivery within the same city or a nearby location, you can expect to receive your plants within one business day.
  • Different State Shipping: For orders shipped to other cities within India, the estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days.

Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and distance of your order, as well as your delivery location. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at help@natsary.com.

We will promptly investigate the issue and arrange for the return of the incorrect item at no cost to you. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will ship the correct item to you as soon as possible.

Plant Packaging

We take special care to ensure your plants arrive safely and healthy. We use high-quality packing materials specifically designed for shipping live plants.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the courier company's website.

Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier company to locate your package.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping for live plants due to complex regulations and phytosanitary requirements.
